Before the trip she sends detailed itineraries of what is going on and the breakdown in payment and clothing. She ensures that everyone has everything completed (flights, lodging, etc.). Any questions I have before the trip she is able to provide the answer for me in a timely manner. During the trip, she does an excellent job of making sure that everything is put together. She handles the finances, transportation, lodging, communication with hosts, etc. I’ve never been on a trip with her and been confused or disappointed with her work ethic.
